How-to guide
Manage your Kelab subscription
Distinguish a pilot, a paid trial, cancellation and academy closure.
For Academy owners and permitted billing administrators
Before you start Access to Academy → Kelab subscription; paid activation depends on launch availability.
Review before changing#
Open Kelab subscription and check the plan, market, billing interval, status and next renewal. These charges are for academy software, not the invoices your families pay.
- Review the plan's participant and storage limits.
- Read the price and effective date before requesting a change.
- For cancellation, check whether access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Export necessary data before closure and follow the explicit closure workflow.
Know your status#
An invitation-only pilot is free and does not automatically convert to paid service. A 30-day trial with every Pro feature needs no card to start; the plan is chosen during the trial, a payment method is needed before it converts to paid, and it can convert under its accepted terms. Do not assume a pilot invitation starts one.
Payment failure can lead to retry and read-only stages. Read-only access limits new changes; closure and later deletion follow separate lifecycle rules. The current launch keeps public paid signup closed. Consult the subscription screen and accepted agreement for your actual dates and obligations.
