How-to guide
Assign programmes and record progress
Publish structured activities and follow the participant's permitted progress.
For Authorised coaches; assigned players and permitted guardians
Before you start Programmes access on Pro or Club and scope for the participant or group.
Prepare and assign#
Programmes can include skill, fitness, rehabilitation or diet content, with instructions and permitted media. Kelab stores and delivers academy-authored content; it does not supply medical advice.
- Open Development and create or open a programme.
- Write a clear title, description and steps. Add permitted files and wait for upload processing.
- Review the intended visibility and select the participant or group assignment.
- Publish or publish-and-assign, then check the assignment from the intended user's view.
Follow completion#
Participants work through the assigned steps and record supported completion or progress. Staff review the history in scope. Programmes and formal progression frameworks are different: completing an activity does not automatically award a level.
Where body measurements or other private progress are enabled, use the dedicated fields and appropriate access. Do not copy those records into public programme descriptions. Archive content through the supported workflow when it is no longer intended for use.
