## Review before changing

Open Kelab subscription and check the plan, market, billing interval, status and next renewal. These charges are for academy software, not the invoices your families pay.

1. Review the plan's participant and storage limits.
2. Read the price and effective date before requesting a change.
3. For cancellation, check whether access continues to the end of the paid period.
4. Export necessary data before closure and follow the explicit closure workflow.

## Know your status

An invitation-only pilot is free and does not automatically convert to paid service. A 30-day trial with every Pro feature needs no card to start; the plan is chosen during the trial, a payment method is needed before it converts to paid, and it can convert under its accepted terms. Do not assume a pilot invitation starts one.

Payment failure can lead to retry and read-only stages. Read-only access limits new changes; closure and later deletion follow separate lifecycle rules. The current launch keeps public paid signup closed. Consult the subscription screen and accepted agreement for your actual dates and obligations.
