Get started as a parent or guardian

Join your academy, confirm your linked participants and find the next session.

For Parents and verified guardians

Before you start An invitation, application or guardian-claim link from the academy. You do not need to buy an academy subscription.

Join the right academy#

Kelab accounts and academy memberships are separate. Signing in does not automatically attach you to a child or give access to an academy's records.

  1. Open the invitation or enrolment link supplied by your academy and follow its sign-in steps.
  2. Complete the requested information accurately. If approval is required, wait for the academy to review your application.
  3. If given a guardian-claim link, follow that link to request or confirm the relationship. Contact the academy if the link has expired or identifies the wrong person.

Check your family workspace#

Once approved, select the correct academy. If you have more than one linked participant, choose the intended participant before taking action.

  1. Open Daybook or Schedule to check the next session and venue.
  2. Read the Inbox for notices and decisions.
  3. Open Academy fees to see permitted invoices and payment options.
  4. Review Development or Activities for programmes, published reports and other tools your academy uses.
  5. If the same child is linked to more than one academy, open Account settings and download their Sporting record. It combines attendance, absences, programmes, assessments, awards and published lesson reports from every academy where your guardianship is currently verified into one JSON or CSV file, and confirms a recent sign-in first.

Make one useful first action#

Try opening the next session and reading one relevant notice. You have finished when you can identify which academy and participant you are viewing.

If your child is missing, ask the academy to verify the relationship and permissions. Do not create a duplicate player record. Some guardians can see notices but cannot handle payments, absences or pickup; those permissions are managed separately.
