Join, sign in and switch academies
Recover the right starting point when you have an invitation, several academies or a pending application.

Before you start Your own account and a valid academy invitation or approved membership.
Sign in to the right place#
Use the sign-in page for an existing account. Follow the authentication method configured for your account. Staff may be required to use stronger authentication.
- Use the academy's invitation or application link when joining for the first time.
- Complete sign-in, then return to the invitation flow if prompted.
- If your application is pending, use the holding page and wait for academy review.
- After admission, choose the academy in the Active academy selector. Check its name before entering records.
If access does not look right#
A single account may be an instructor in one academy and a guardian in another. Permissions do not transfer between them. Switching the workspace view only reorganises permitted work.
For an expired or already-used link, ask the issuing academy for help. For a forgotten password, use the password-reset link and the email sent to your own address. If you cannot complete MFA, use your recovery method or contact support; never share an authentication code with a coach or another family.
