Set up and use enrolment packages
Understand what a package credit covers and how it differs from a make-up credit.
For Operations staff and eligible families
Before you start Pro or Club public commerce and a configured package product or account.
Configure a package#
Package products belong to the activity commerce workflow. They are not shop stock, a Kelab subscription or a general-purpose wallet.
- Open Activities → Public commerce and its package product editor.
- Define the product's included credit rules, price, validity and eligible scope.
- Review the published package catalogue and the account created for the intended participant.
- When applying to a compatible offering, select the eligible package account if the flow offers that option.
Check redemption#
Review the remaining credits and resulting enrolment. A package is limited by its configured scope and validity; possession of a credit does not override offering eligibility or capacity.
Make-up credits are different records, tied to absence/attendance policy and eligible replacement sessions. If no package appears, check the participant, academy, validity and offer mode. Do not promise cash redemption or transfer between academies unless an explicit supported policy provides it.
