How-to guide
Capture, submit and review attendance
Keep the attendance sheet and its review history reliable.
For Assigned coaches and authorised reviewers
Before you start Attendance access and scope for the session. Sign-off authority is separate from capture authority.
Capture and submit#
An attendance sheet belongs to a particular session. Confirm the academy, group and date before entering marks.
- Open Attendance and choose the session.
- Check the roster and record each mark. Approved absences may already affect the effective attendance record.
- Add a factual note or permitted photo if needed. Wait for any upload to be accepted.
- Save the sheet, review missing or incorrect marks, then submit it for review.
Review and lock#
An authorised reviewer checks the submitted sheet before sign-off. Your academy may use independent Dual Control or explicitly enabled Solo Control. Solo Control has its own assurance and delay; it is not independent approval.
A locked sheet is a reviewed record. Use the supported return, unlock or amendment action with the required reason and authority if it needs correction. Do not recreate the session to hide a mistake. Approved absences can affect the effective view while preserving earlier review history.
Recover from a conflict#
If another person updated the sheet, reload the latest version and reconcile the specific difference. Do not repeatedly submit stale marks. After a network interruption, check the saved state before re-entering data. Web attendance requires a connection; do not assume an offline queue exists.
