Manage shop orders and stock
Keep products, variants, orders and fulfilment in agreement.

Before you start Pro or Club catalogue, orders and inventory.
Set up the catalogue#
Open Club shop. Create products and their variants, with clear names, prices and stock or made-to-order handling.
- Review each variant's size or other distinguishing attributes.
- Set the correct available stock and fulfilment approach.
- Publish the intended catalogue and check it from the member view.
- Review incoming orders and follow their payment and fulfilment states separately.
Fulfil the actual order#
Confirm the person, variant and quantity before handing over or dispatching an item. Update fulfilment only when the real action has happened.
An order is not a stock adjustment shortcut. Review inventory movements and use the supported adjustment/cancellation flow when stock or quantities are wrong. A made-to-order item needs preparation even if payment is complete. Provider-dependent online payment must be enabled before it is offered to buyers.
