Annual billing saves 20% against 12 monthly payments. Taxes, payment-provider charges and contractual terms must be confirmed before activation. “Participants” includes players, swimmers, dancers, students and learners.
Before you decide
We’ll walk through your activity model, participant count and money workflow before recommending a plan.
The invitation-only pilot is free and does not automatically convert to paid service. A 30-day trial includes every Pro feature with no card needed to start; you choose Starter or Pro and add a payment method only when you are ready to pay, under its own accepted terms and possible paid conversion. Public paid signup is currently closed.
Pro and Club include vertical operations: offerings, waitlists, make-ups, progression, lesson reports and the relevant care, swim and dance workflows. Availability also depends on the academy’s operating model, permissions and configuration.
Provider charges and contracts are separate. Online payments require an enabled, approved provider. Optional recital ticketing uses a specialist provider for seats, checkout, refunds and admission.
The subscription workflow supports plan changes. The effective date, allowances and price depend on the change and accepted terms. Review them in Kelab subscription before confirming.
The plan sets an active-participant allowance and storage allowance. Review usage and speak with us before expanding. Club participant terms are agreed by contract; they are not an unlimited-usage promise.
