Explanation
Dates and times follow the academy
Avoid scheduling and reporting mistakes when people are in different places.
For Schedulers, instructors and travelling families
Before you start Check the academy timezone in its settings.
Local time needs context#
Schedule forms and calendar labels use the academy's timezone. Your computer's local timezone can be different. Confirm the academy and date before arranging travel or recording an absence.
A recurring class should stay aligned with the academy's intended local time. Daylight-saving changes can create an ambiguous or nonexistent clock time. Kelab's time conversion chooses the earlier occurrence during an overlap and the first valid time after a gap.
Check an unusual date#
For an international or daylight-saving-sensitive session, review the saved occurrence after creating it. Do not change the academy timezone merely to make one device's display look familiar.
Reports and fee periods also need a clear date boundary. When raising a support question, include the academy timezone and displayed local date/time, without sharing unnecessary participant information.
