Work across more than one academy
Switch context safely and compare only compatible measures.

Before you start Each academy grants its own access; portfolio tools require Club multi-academy entitlement.
Switch academy#
Use the academy selector and confirm the name in the workspace before making a change. Your roles can differ between academies.
- Choose an academy you are a member of.
- Check the displayed academy, role and available modules.
- Open the intended record and complete the task.
- For portfolio reports, review the selected academies and each metric's scope.
Understand the boundary#
Membership in one academy does not grant access to another. A switch changes the workspace context; it does not merge people, balances or permissions.
Portfolio summaries are scoped aggregates. Unlike currencies remain separate, and the system does not invent revenue allocation to individual offerings. If an academy is missing, check membership, role and subscription entitlement with its owner.
