# Manage shop orders and stock

## Set up the catalogue

Open Club shop. Create products and their variants, with clear names, prices and stock or made-to-order handling.

1. Review each variant's size or other distinguishing attributes.
2. Set the correct available stock and fulfilment approach.
3. Publish the intended catalogue and check it from the member view.
4. Review incoming orders and follow their payment and fulfilment states separately.

## Fulfil the actual order

Confirm the person, variant and quantity before handing over or dispatching an item. Update fulfilment only when the real action has happened.

An order is not a stock adjustment shortcut. Review inventory movements and use the supported adjustment/cancellation flow when stock or quantities are wrong. A made-to-order item needs preparation even if payment is complete. Provider-dependent online payment must be enabled before it is offered to buyers.
