## Publish the right offer

A public enrolment offer belongs to an academy activity. It is not public signup for a Kelab subscription.

1. Open Activities → Public commerce and choose the offering.
2. Review the offer title, summary, included items, price or free mode, intake questions, policies and dates.
3. Check the family preview and required eligibility conditions before publishing.
4. Share the generated public link through your academy's approved channels. Keep private offer tokens out of unrelated public documents.

## Review and continue

Families sign in, identify the permitted participant and complete intake. Their application enters the relevant review or payment workflow. Full offerings may route to a private waitlist.

Use the reviewed intake and placement queue to inspect the submission. Confirm eligibility, required information and the correct decision. A submitted form, paid invoice and active enrolment are distinct states; check the final placement record.

## Change or close an offer

Published terms and intake versions preserve what the family accepted. Use the supported revision or close action rather than assuming edits rewrite prior submissions. If payment is pending, check its existing continuation state before starting again. Generic paid drop-in and one-to-one booking are outside this offering-enrolment workflow.
