## Make a request

Open Academy → Account & privacy and choose the supported export or deletion request.

1. Read the scope and consequences before confirming.
2. Complete the identity verification required by the action.
3. Submit the request and retain its reference.
4. Follow the request status and download any export before its link expires.

## Understand the outcome

Account deletion, leaving an academy and closing the academy are different actions. A deletion request can include a cooling-off period and legal retention or hold checks. It does not promise immediate removal of every financial or safeguarding record.

Exports can contain sensitive family or financial information. Store them securely and share only with authorised recipients. If a request fails or remains under review, contact support with the reference instead of creating repeated requests. Production retention commitments follow the applicable published agreement and policy.
