## Start with your role

Sign in and select your academy. The available pages follow the permissions attached to your account.

1. As a player or learner, open your schedule and check the next session.
2. Open Development to follow an assigned programme, if available.
3. Read your notices and the progress your academy has published.
4. As a staff member, use the permitted pay or expense area to view your own payslips or submit a claim.

## Check the result

You should be able to find your next task without access to other people's private records. A basic staff role does not grant the attendance roster, people directory or full finance workspace.

If a needed tool is missing, ask the academy owner to review your role and scope. Creating another account will not fix a missing permission. Family access also requires verified participant relationships, not just a shared surname.
