## Product terms



| Term | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| Academy | The organisation and permission boundary you are working in. |
| Person | An individual in the academy directory. |
| Player / swimmer / dancer / learner / student | The participant record, named to suit the operating model. |
| Guardian | A verified relationship granting permitted access to a participant. |
| Squad / class / group | A grouping used for teaching, scheduling and scope. |
| Session | A scheduled occurrence with its own attendance record. |
| Offering | An enrolment or placement opportunity with eligibility and capacity. |
| Programme | Assigned development work; not the same as an offering. |
| Package | Configured credits for an eligible commerce workflow. |
| Make-up credit | A policy-bound opportunity to book a replacement session. |
| Academy fees | Charges your academy issues to members. |
| Kelab subscription | The academy's software plan and billing relationship with Kelab. |
| Publication | The version deliberately made available to its permitted audience. |
