## Compose the show

Open Activities → Recital composer. Create the recital and each show, then add items in running order.

1. Assign the relevant groups and dancers to each item.
2. Review quick-change conflicts and sibling-related scheduling conflicts.
3. Change assignments or timing to resolve conflicts. If an override is necessary, record the required acknowledgement and reason.
4. Review the complete programme and publish a revision.

## Keep families aligned

Families read the published programme and can acknowledge the revision. A working draft is not the published show order. After a material change, publish the new revision and follow up on acknowledgements.

Costume fulfilment, backstage care and optional ticketing are related records with their own status. A published programme does not mean costumes have arrived, a pickup is authorised or a ticket has been paid for.
