## Find your teaching day

Select your academy and use the coach or instructor view when available. The view changes the starting point; your academy's assignments determine which records you can open.

1. Open Schedule and choose an assigned session.
2. Check its date, local time, venue and group. If any detail is wrong, ask an authorised scheduler to update it.
3. Open the session's attendance sheet. Confirm the roster before recording marks.

## Capture what happened

Choose the mark that matches each participant's attendance. Keep notes factual and limited to the task. Follow the academy's consent rules before adding an attendance photo.

1. Save the sheet while you work. Check that the saved state is shown before closing the page.
2. Review missing marks and any approved absence that is already reflected in the sheet.
3. Submit the sheet when the record is ready for review. Saving and submitting are different steps.

## Finish the handoff

A submitted sheet may need a manager or head-coach review. A locked sheet cannot be silently rewritten. If you discover an error, use the academy's correction or unlock process rather than creating another session.

On Pro or Club, your academy may also use programmes, assessments or lesson reports. A draft report is not visible to families until it is published. You have finished when your session record is saved and its review state is clear.
